By placing an order on sese.be, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms are governed by Belgian law, in particular the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Wetboek Economisch Recht / Code de droit économique - WER).
We make every effort to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Product descriptions, ingredient lists, and images are provided for informational purposes.
Due to variations in screen displays and photography conditions, the actual appearance of a product may differ slightly from images shown on the website. These differences do not constitute grounds for return or complaint.
SESE reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or introduce products at any time without prior notice, subject to orders already confirmed.
All prices displayed on sese.be are in Euros (€) and include Belgian VAT at the applicable rate.
SESE reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Promotional prices and discount codes are valid for the period specified and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
Placing an order on sese.be constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms and Conditions.
An order is confirmed and a binding purchase agreement formed when you receive a written order confirmation email from SESE. This email will include your order number and a summary of your purchase.
SESE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of:

All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and our payment providers. SESE does not store full payment card details. Payment data is processed in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Delivery is handled in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days and deliver within Europe within 2–5 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. SESE is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
You have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations (Art. VI.53 WER / Art. 16(e) EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
All products sold by SESE are covered by the statutory Belgian consumer warranty of two (2) years, as provided under Belgian law (Art. 1649bis et seq. of the Belgian Civil Code, implementing EU Directive (EU) 2019/771).
If a product is defective at the time of delivery or manifests a non-conformity within two years, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or in certain circumstances a price reduction or full refund.
To invoke the legal warranty, please contact info@sese.be within two years of receipt, describing the defect and including your order number.
SESE is not liable for any damage arising from the misuse of its products, use contrary to the instructions provided, or use by persons who have not disclosed known allergies or skin conditions.
SESE's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the value of the product(s) purchased, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

All content on sese.be, including text, images, product descriptions, design, and the SESE brand and wordmark is the intellectual property of SESE and protected under applicable intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from sese.be without prior written permission from SESE.

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Belgian law, in particular the Belgian Code of Economic Law (WER / CEL).
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us directly at info@sese.be. We will make every effort to resolve the matter amicably.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of Belgium shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
